Hosting. The website is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States, through its global network.
Intellectual property. The Yando name, the star logo and all content of this website (texts, graphics, animations, code) are the property of Yando Pte. Ltd. unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction or use without prior written permission is prohibited. Third-party brand names and logos shown on this website (for example Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, React, Go, Node.js, MongoDB, Apache Cassandra, Unity, Unreal Engine) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely to describe our areas of expertise.
Our apps. Applications published by Yando Pte. Ltd. have their own terms of use and privacy policies, available from within each application and on its store listing. This page covers the yando.com website only.
2. Privacy policy
We designed this website to collect as little personal data as possible. There are no advertising trackers. Two audience measurement tools are in place, described below. Below is exactly what happens when you use it.
2.1 Data we process
- Contact form. When you send us a message, we receive the name, e-mail address and message you enter, together with your approximate location (country), your IP address, your browser identification string, the language of the page you used and the time of sending. This data is used only to answer you and to protect the form against abuse. It is delivered to our inbox at contact@yando.com and kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted within 24 months at the latest.
- Technical logs. Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data (IP address, requested pages, browser type, timestamps) to deliver the pages and protect against attacks. These logs are handled by Cloudflare under its own privacy policy and are not used by us for profiling.
- Audience measurement. We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) to understand how the website is used: pages viewed, language, country, device type and whether the contact form was sent. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (
_ga,_ga_*, retained up to 13 months) and processes IP addresses in truncated form; the data is aggregated and not used for advertising. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies for this site. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first service that counts page views without cookies or fingerprinting. - Local preferences. Your language choice is stored in your browser's local storage (key
yando-lang). It never leaves your device and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
2.2 Third-party resources
To display the website, your browser loads resources from the following providers, which therefore receive your IP address as part of the request:
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) for typography.
- jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net) for the open-source 3D library that animates the star.
- Cloudflare for hosting, delivery and the contact form endpoint.
- Google Analytics (googletagmanager.com, google-analytics.com) for audience measurement, as described above.
No data is shared with these providers beyond what is technically necessary to serve the files.
2.3 Legal basis and your rights
Yando Pte. Ltd. is the data controller. It processes personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and, where applicable, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Yando has no establishment in the EU, the EEA or the UK and has not designated a representative there; Article 27(2)(a) of the GDPR does not require one, as our processing is occasional, does not involve special categories of data on a large scale and is unlikely to result in a risk to people’s rights. We rely on your consent when you send the contact form and on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website for technical logs.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@yando.com. We answer within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore or with your local supervisory authority.
2.4 Security and transfers
All traffic to this website is encrypted (HTTPS). Data may be processed on Cloudflare servers outside Singapore; Cloudflare provides appropriate safeguards for international transfers. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
2.5 Children
This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top indicates the latest version.
